a. The promoter of this promotion is Ink (Clothing) Limited, a company registered in
England and Wales under Company registration no. 02832312, with its registered

4PR, United Kingdom, trading as “Hunter”, and also referred to as “we” and “us”.
b. By entering this promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and

Employees of Hunter and Ganni, their respective group companies, immediate family

To enter, simply follow the steps below

3. Hunter Terms and Conditions:
a. The winner will be asked to provide an email address to arrange delivery of the prize.
b. The winner will receive 1 poncho, 1 pair of tall boots, 1 bucket hat and 1 umbrella, all
from the GANNI x Hunter collaboration, with an approximate total value of GBP 750.
The boots will be provided subject to availability, including size and stock.
c. Hunter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where it
becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The
prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered,
except that Hunter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or
greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
d. Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not
be accepted, and Hunter reserves the right to disqualify duplicate entries.
4. Data Protection:
a. Personal data supplied by entrants will be processed by Hunter for the purposes of
administering this promotion and fulfilling the prize, on the basis of the Promoter’s
legitimate interests in administering the promotion and will be retained only for as
long as necessary for that purpose, in accordance with Hunter's Privacy Policy,

5. Liability:
a. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal
injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by
law.
6. Governing Law:
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and
any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
7. Order of Precedence:
a. In the event that there is any conflict or inconsistency between any social media post
and these full Terms and Conditions, these full Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
8. Hunter’s decision:
a. Hunter’s decision in relation to all matters relating to this promotion, including
eligibility and selection of the winner, is final, subject to entrants’ right to direct any
query or complaint in accordance with clause 1(e) of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Severability:
a. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
