Safety Footwear Certification and Compliance Policy

For safety footwear, our standards are even more stringent.
Each product is subjected to a detailed assessment to identify the specific protections required for the user and the testing needed to validate that these protections are in place. Materials, components, and finished footwear are independently tested by accredited laboratories such as SATRA and Intertek to ensure compliance with the relevant EN ISO 20345 and EN ISO 20347 standards.
Only once a product has passed all required testing and a Certificate of Compliance has been issued by the testing laboratory are goods approved for shipment and sale to our customers. Following certification, Hunter Boots Ltd issues a Declaration of Conformity for each product, confirming our confidence in the product's performance and formally establishing our responsibility for its compliance.
Product Traceability
Each certified product is assigned a unique product code and batch reference, enabling full traceability throughout all stages of import, manufacturing, and production. This ensures we can identify and track each item through its entire journey — from factory floor to final delivery — providing added security and accountability.
PPE Safety Information and User Instructions
All personal protective equipment (PPE), including our safety footwear, is supplied with a comprehensive User Information Leaflet.
This leaflet clearly outlines:

- Instructions on proper care, maintenance, and storage
