1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Ink (Clothing) Limited trading as Hunter ("Hunter", "we", "us" or "our"), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Unit 1, Colonial Business Park, Colonial Way, Watford, Hertfordshire WD24 4PR, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

a) This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

b) Employees of Hunter, its group companies, agents, professional advisers and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

c) By entering this prize draw, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and are entitled to claim the prize they may win.

3. How to Enter

a) No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.

b) To enter, participants must:

· Complete the Hunter brand perception survey available on Tally; and

· At the end of the survey, submit their name and email address via the prize draw entry page.

c) Submission of survey responses does not automatically enter a participant into the prize draw. Participants must separately provide their contact details via the prize draw entry page on Hunter's website, link to which will be made available at the end of the survey.

d) Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified at our sole discretion.

e) Entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 27 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. Prize

a) We will select two winners.

b) Each winner will receive one pair of Hunter Original Tall 170 Years Anniversary Boot worth GBP 150.

c) Available sizes of the Hunter boots are as follows:

· Women's UK sizes 3-9; and

· Men's UK sizes 6-12.

d) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

e) Hunter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

a) Winners will be selected from the draw at random, which will be conducted fairly from all valid entries received before the closing date and time.

b) The prize draw will be conducted on or shortly after 28 September 2026. The entries will close on 27 September 2026 at 23:59 pm.

c) Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided during entry.

d) Winners must respond and claim their prize within 48 hours of notification.

e) If a winner fails to respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, or refuses the prize, Hunter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

6. Delivery of Prize

a) Hunter will arrange for the delivery of the prize to the address provided by each winner.

b) The prize will be delivered to an address within the United Kingdom only.

7. Publicity and Winner Information

a) Hunter may be required to provide the surname and county of prize winners to demonstrate that a valid prize draw has been conducted in accordance with applicable laws and advertising regulations.

b) If a winner objects to the publication or disclosure of this information, they should contact Hunter at the details below. Hunter will still provide relevant information and evidence to regulatory authorities if it is legally required to do so.

8. Data Protection

a) Survey responses are collected anonymously by Remarkably and are not linked to the prize entries.

b) Survey responses will not be used to identify participants.

c) Personal data submitted for the prize draw may include:

· Name; and

· Email address of participants.

d) Personal data collected for the prize draw will be used by Hunter for:

· Administering the prize;

· Contacting winners;

· Delivering prizes; and

· Any other purpose expressly consented to by the participant.

e) Participants will only be added to Hunter's marketing mailing list where they have actively opted to receive marketing communications. Participation in the prize draw is not conditional upon giving such consent.

f) Personal data will be processed in accordance with Hunter's Privacy Policy, available at Privacy policy – Hunter Boots UK.

9. Liability

a) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

b) Subject to clause 9(a), Hunter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any participant arising from or in connection with the prize draw or acceptance of any prize, except where caused by Hunter's negligence.

10. Disqualification

Hunter reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

11. Cancellation and Variation

Hunter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from them.
