**Size/Fit Summary: True to size, Regular fit but fitted around the ankle. The neoprene upper fits snug to the ankle for ultimate insulation and to provide support for the technical chunky sole.** **Note: The neoprene upper is not waterproof.** Using our iconic Field Balmoral as inspiration, we have created a boot mixing our FSC®-certified rubber with neoprene. Being naturally water resistant and insulating, neoprene is the perfect partner for our boots and makes it ideal for all weather conditions. The Balmoral Chelsea Neoprene Hybrid has strategic layers of rubber to allow for flex and movement and also features a performance Vibram® sole. Exclusively developed for Hunter, the sole offers enhanced comfort and shock-absorption, while multi-directional cleats are designed for grip and mud-release. We recommend that all Hunter boots be worn with socks to protect the wearer's skin from contact with rubber.

Dimensions

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment. Please return your order for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We recommend that you purchase the same size as you take in a shoe, our boots allow for wearing thicker socks. If you are in-between sizes we recommend opting for the smaller size for our Original and Field ranges.

For Refined styles, we recommend taking a size up if you are in-between sizes.
