**Size/Fit Summary: True to size, Regular fit with a slightly wider calf. This is a durable style that has a more structured fit and heavier weight sole compared to the Original Tall Boot.**

**The FSC®-certified Balmoral Boot was crafted using natural rubber from forests independently audited to Forest Stewardship Council® standards. These 100% waterproof boots are handcrafted to strict standards to protect forests, as well as the animals and communities that depend on them.**

The Balmoral Side Adjustable boot features a performance Vibram® sole with added stitching for high endurance wear. Exclusively developed for Hunter, the sole offers enhanced shock-absorption, while multi-directional cleats are designed for grip and mud-release. Built with specialised technical elements, the boot is handcrafted from a soft rubber compound for comfort and durability. This Balmoral field green boot has a kickspur for ease of removal.

The commando sole is a much lighter balmoral to wear on walks and will perform well for less heavy duty activities.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment. Please return your order for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We recommend that you purchase the same size as you take in a shoe, our boots allow for wearing thicker socks. If you are in-between sizes we recommend opting for the smaller size for our Original and Field ranges.

For Refined styles, we recommend taking a size up if you are in-between sizes.
