Updown Farmhouse Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Updown Farmhouse Competition ("Competition") is open to participants aged 18 years and above, excluding employees, immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with Updown Farmhouse.

2. Prize Details:
  • The winner of the Competition will receive an overnight stay for two (2) individuals at Updown Farmhouse.
  • The prize includes dinner and breakfast for the duration of the stay.
  • The winner must redeem the prize within six (6) months from the date of notification.
  • The prize excludes the following blackout dates: 23rd December to 2nd January and 11th to 19th February.
  • The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Availability:
The prize is subject to availability at Updown Farmhouse and must be booked in advance. Updown Farmhouse reserves the right to offer alternative dates if the preferred dates are not available.

4. Selection of Additional Items:
  • In addition to the overnight stay, the winner will be entitled to select one (1) jacket and one (1) pair of HUNTER footwear.
  • The selection is subject to the availability of stock at the time of redemption, and excludes collaboration items.

    5. Entry Period: 
The Competition entry period begins on 19/11/23 and ends on 26/11/23. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection: 
The winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries and will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period.

7. Redemption Process:
 
The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in the selection of an alternate winner.

8. Privacy:
By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to the use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition.

9. Modification or Termination:
Updown Farmhouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Legal: 
This Competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
