Size/Fit Summary: True to size, Regular fit. This is a durable style that has a more structured fit and heavier weight sole compared to the Original Tall Boot. Note: At first the sturdy zip may seem stiff, however this will loosen over time. The FSC®-certified Balmoral Boot was crafted using natural rubber from forests independently audited to Forest Stewardship Council® standards. These 100% waterproof boots are handcrafted to strict standards to protect forests, as well as the animals and communities that depend on them. Designed to perform on challenging and rough terrain, the Women's Balmoral Wellington Boots feature a full-leg zip for ease of entry and a kick spur for ease of removal. Handcrafted from natural rubber, the sole offers enhanced comfort and shock absorption with the added feature of an ice trek compound for abrasion resistance. With changeable 3mm and 5mm insoles to ease foot fatigue, the sole has cleats for grip and mud release. Ideal for rugged mountain walking and exploring, this black boot is completely waterproof and features an updated red box logo.

The commando sole is a much lighter balmoral to wear on walks and will perform well for less heavy duty activities.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment. Please return your order for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
