Water-resistant and lightweight, the Women’s Travel Shell Jacket is ready for adventures, whatever the weather. Constructed from 100% recycled ripstop nylon with a UV finish, this off white jacket features an elasticated hem and toggle cuffs to keep out cold breezes. The packaway hood offers versatility and protection, while the two front patch pockets can be used to store daily essentials.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment. Please return your order for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We recommend that you purchase the same size as you take in a shoe, our boots allow for wearing thicker socks. If you are in-between sizes we recommend opting for the smaller size for our Original and Field ranges.

For Refined styles, we recommend taking a size up if you are in-between sizes.
